Coach Whitlow was born and raised in Forsyth County, where he was a three-sport Varsity athlete at South Forsyth High School in Football, Wrestling, and Lacrosse. Whitlow was a four-year starter for the Lacrosse team and went on to play Collegiate Lacrosse at the University of North Georgia. As a coach, Whitlow served as the head coach of the Boys Lacrosse team at Pinecrest High School, where he currently holds the most wins as a head coach in the school’s history. Coach Whitlow is also a part of the Southern Express Lacrosse staff, and he coaches the Southern Express 2026 Orange Elite team. “I am grateful to be a part of Raider Nation. I am excited for the opportunity to mold and develop men of character while teaching them the game that I love. Coal Mountain is a proud community, and I’m excited to lead and grow this program. North Forsyth Lacrosse is dedicated to developing fine young adults through instruction, competition, and mentoring. NOFOLAX staff not only wants to improve the skills of each player, but also to develop character, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a challenging and enjoyable lacrosse environment. Our main goal is to improve each player’s skill, love, and knowledge of the game and in doing so we will prepare our players to succeed at the next level. Our players enjoy a competitive edge on and off the field by being provided the very best instruction and in turn will be able to take the next step in lacrosse!
